By signing up to participate in The Short Coat Podcast, you certify that:

• You are of full legal age and have every right to contract in your own name.
• You hereby consent and grant the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine (“University”) a non-exclusive right to record, (“Recordings”) using any medium (including, but not limited to, lecture capture, audio, videography, or photography), reproduce, publish, and otherwise make available, worldwide, in perpetuity, in whole or in part, your image, including your name, likeness, voice or any combination thereof including distribution of those Recordings over with internet without compensation to you.
• You hereby transfer and assign to the University any right, title, and interest you may have in and to those Recordings, including the copyright, and in and to all works based upon, derived from, or incorporating the Recordings.
• You irrevocably waive any right you may have to edit or approve the Recordings in any of their forms. Requests that an edit be made prior to publication will be honored by us. Requests that an edit be made after publication will be honored, though it may not be possible to ensure that all listeners or viewers receive such edits.
• You irrevocably release the University, its employees, agents, representatives and assigns, from any and all claims you may have at any time arising out of, or related to, the Recordings or the use of the Recordings, including, but not limited to, any claims based on the right of privacy, publicity, libel, or defamation.
